Dear CHFtoo participant:

Although the Health Center is closed for normal business, we are still here to serve you. You can schedule an appointment with your doctor at the Health Center. If you don’t have a doctor at the Health Center, you can still get an appointment.

To schedule an appointment:

Please call the CHC Call Center at 702-790-8000 Monday through Saturday, 9am to 5pm, and they will schedule you an appointment over the phone or virtually.

If you need an Urgent Care:

You can go to any urgent care in the network. Southwest Medical Urgent Care (on Charleston and Rancho) is open 24/7.
